Bliss Wastewater Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
Enclosed please find Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 2, for the Bliss Wastewater Project.
We recommend the council approve the Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 2 and pay
$158,064.80 to Municipal Builders, Inc. This amount includes work required to install new
underground manhole structures and process piping on the site for the treatment improvements.
This request includes withholding 5% retainage.
