NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia, Washington
County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. to
visit the site and gather information concerning the following request that will come before the
Commission at its August 4, 2026 regular meeting:
Conditional Use Permit for Additional Accessory Structure Square Footage
Site Visit Location: 20440 Olinda Trail North.
Applicant Patrick Doyle.
On-site at 6:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The Planning
Commissioners will meet at the site visit locations. Owners, applicants, and interested parties are also
invited to meet at the site.
