Bliss Wastewater Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
Enclosed please find Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 3, for the Bliss Wastewater Project.
We recommend the council approve the Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 3 and pay
$45,983.80 to Municipal Builders, Inc. This amount includes work required to complete process
piping, manhole structures, building footings, and site work for the wastewater treatment
improvements. This request includes withholding 5% retainage.
