DNR Gateway Trail Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
4, for the DNR Gateway Trail Project.
We recommend the council approve Request for Payment No. 4 and pay
$700,731.50 to Peterson Companies. This amount includes work required to perform common
excavation, subgrade preparation, place granular embankment, place/grade class 2, place/grade
class 5, place storm sewer, pave bituminous base, install fence, and respread topsoil. This
request includes withholding 5% retainage.
