Dear Mayor and Council:
4, for the Bliss Wastewater Project.
We recommend the council approve Request for Payment No. 4 and pay
$31,788.90 to Municipal Builders, Inc. This amount includes work required to complete manhole
structures, building foundation, utility infrastructure, and site work for the wastewater treatment
improvements. This request includes withholding 5% retainage.
