Re: Barr Solar Project Operations and Maintenance Agreement
Staff continues to work with Jesse Diamond and New Energy Equity on the terms of the Operations and
Maintenance Agreement. If we can agree on terms, as directed by Council’s discussion at the August 18
City Council meeting, we will move this item to the consent agenda. If there are still items that require
discussion, they will be presented to the Council for consideration.
