Yes. The N PON is completed, and fiber is pulled and spliced so everything N of 97 should just about be
ready. Still waiting for Canadian National to send us the permits for the 2 original crossings. They have
sent some responses and said things are looking good, but we still haven’t received them. Also sent out
the 3rd crossing for 20715 so again all we can do is wait. Everything else in the area is done other than
197th which we are still figuring out. We got the okay to access the areas that the scenic easement has a
say in, and next steps are rolling out the private easement paperwork to the homeowners for them to
review and get signed.
