NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2017
beginning at 5:35 p.m. CDT to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its June 6, 2017 regular meeting:
Minor Subdivision
Location: 20211 Maxwill Avenue North
Applicant: Rick Riermann and Michelle Carlson
(on site approximately 5:45 p.m.)
Conditional Use Permit for a Community Solar Garden
Location: 23485 Manning Trail North
Applicant: Andy Melka of MN Solar Connection (Jennifer Woolford, property owner)
(on site approximately 6:10 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 2091h St.
N.) at 5:35 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
