On May 5, 2017, the City of Scandia received the application and submittals from you for a Minor
Subdivision of the parcel located at 20211 Maxwill Avenue North. The City has received the
required information to determine that the application is complete for review. The 60 -day review
period will end on July 4, 2017.
The Planning Commission will hold the public hearing and will review your application at its meeting
on June 6, 2017, at 7 p.m. at the City Hall and Community Center. You will receive a copy of the
staff report prior to the meeting. It would be helpful for you to attend the Planning Commission
meeting to answer questions or provide any additional information that the Commission needs to
complete the review. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation regarding your request
at the June 6 meeting, it will be heard by the City Council at their regular meeting on June 20. If you
