NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2017
beginning at 5:25 p.m. CDT to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its September 5, 2017 regular meeting:
Variances from Required Wetland and Road Right-of Way Setbacks for a Replacement
Septic System
Location: 13030 182nd Street North
Applicant: Gary and Martha Olson
(on site approximately 5:30 p.m.)
Minor Subdivision called Manthey Acres
Location: PID 27.032.20.44.0003 (directly east of 14175 Old Marine Trail North)
Applicant: Dan Manthey
(on site approximately 6:00 p.m.)
Variance from the Required Wetland Setback for a Proposed Driveway
Location: 19590 Olinda Trail North
Applicants: Brent and Jane Krause
(on site approximately 6:15 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 209th St.
N.) at 5:25 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
