Logistics
On Saturday, February 7'2015 from 9:00 am —1:00 am, Meister's will provide the service of selling alcohol, beer
and potentially food. Meister's will meet all guidelines of licensing and insurances needed. Security State
Insurance Company will be sending over a confirmation letter of our coverage.
The food would consist of burgers, brats, hot dogs and cheese Curds. If we do sell food, we will have one cook on
site. We will provide two servers who have attended and passed a Washington County liquor awareness class
within the last 6 months
Promotional Elements
Meister's will provide access to over one thousand people via our Facebook community, as well as in-house
advertising. We will also publicize the event via our website. In addition, Meister's will provide signage for the
event at our own expense. We have our own rink and will work with event coordinators to use it in the most
productive way in order to benefit the event as a whole. Meistpr's is also willing to donate half of all profits to
Lilleskogen Park.
This proposal, and the contributions Meister's Bar and Grill has to offer, is based on these two conditions
1.The city/parks and recreation committee will post signs that prohibit alcohol from being brought or bought on
the property except for Meister's Bar and Grill (this is a liability issue, given Meister's is responsible for the dram
shop insurance).
2.Going forward The board will try to come up with a fair solution to reward loyalty to establishments who have
helped promote this event to what we all hope it will become..
Meister's has a proven track record of successfully running and participating in many events. Thank you for your
