Re: Office Assistant’s Report
We received three applications for the two Parks and Recreation Committee members’
terms expiring on February 1, 2014. The City Council will schedule interviews after the
January 8, 2014 work session.
To date, we have 21 registrations for the Tuesday beginner Learn to Skate program, which
starts January 7, and 12 registrations for the Thursday Pleasure Skating program, which
starts January 9. There are only 2 registrations for the advanced Learn to Skate program.
The instructor has agreed to hold the class even if it does not meet the minimum enrollment
of five.
Rapid Press has agreed to print 50 color 8 ½ x 11 posters and 20 color 11 x 17 posters.
Rapid Press is also considering printing the Quiz Promenade cards and maps of the
LilleTour and Quiz Promenade route.
In addition to this report, I am including the Vinterfest 2014 Task Assignments and the most
current listing of Vinterfest sponsorships.
