The Scandia Parks and Recreation Committee is in the process of assessing the programs we
currently offer. Input from this survey would be valuable in helping the Committee
determine your interest and needs. Please take a few minutes to answer some questions
about any recreational programs you (or any member of your family) have participated in the
past. We are continually trying to improve our programs and your feedback is important to
us.
