Lilleskogen Park/Odell Ave North Concrete Work
Dear Mayor and Council:
Solicitation of Quotes for the Lilleskogen Park/Odell Ave North Concrete Work have been received and the
results are as follows. The work outlined in the base bid, includes removal and replacement of curb and
gutter on Oak Hill Road and installation of curb around the inner island of the parking lot project at
Lilleskogen Park. Alternate No. 1 work includes, removal and replacement of the existing damaged
sidewalk panels along Odell Avenue North between Scandia Trail North (Highway 97) and 205 th Street
North.

Based on the summary above, if the City Council wishes to award the Project to the lowest quote, then
Knife River Concrete should be awarded the project on the Total Base Quote and Alternate No. 1 in the
amount of $9,312.50.
