Re: Capital Improvement Plan Pending Projects
Background
The Parks and Recreation Committee met on April 7, 2014 to make recommendations for the
draft 2015-2019 Capital Improvement Plan. I provided a Project Listing to Committee members
that showed the status of each project named in the Plan. Committee members did not recall
the description of some of the projects that were listed as pending.
Issue
Should the Parks and Recreation Committee recommend additional changes to the draft 2015-
2019 Capital Improvement Plan?
Proposal Details
Included in the meeting materials Committee members will find descriptions for all pending
projects in the Capital Improvement Plan.
Options
1. After review of the descriptions, update the Plan as recommended by Committee
members.
2. Do not make any additional changes to the Plan.
Recommendation
Option 1.
