I have attached an aerial view of the Reinhardts' property showing the estimated wetland area affected by their driveway construction prepared by the Washington Conservation District. As part of their application, Reinhardts plan to restore a portion of the wetlands that may have been affected. The area they plan to restore is marked by cross hatch on the attachment. In my January 9, 2018 letter, I erroneously wrote that the drive that the Reinhardts and the prior owner of their property used to access the Langley Lots that crossed Lots 20 and 21, Bliss Plat Second Addition turned off Layton Avenue. Instead that drive turns from Langley Avenue. The drive to which I intended to refer is shown on the attachment next to marking beginning "NOTE:" The owner of that property stopped Reinhardts from using that drive some time ago. The second drive the Reinhardts and the prior owner of their property previously used also appears on the attachment, and is located on the parcel immediately south of the four parcels where the Reinhardts' house and garage are located.
