NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, February 11, 2018
beginning at 3:50 p.m. CDT to visit the site and gather information concerning the following
request that will come before the Commission at its February 13, 2018 regular meeting:
• Variances for Construction of an Accessory Structure
Location: 19235 Larkspur Avenue North
Applicant: Shannon Mulvehill
(on site approximately 4:00 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 209th St.
N.) at 3:50 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
