The draft 2013 budget includes a 2% cost of living adjushnent for most staff. Issue: What should the 2013 pay rate schedule be for employees? Proposal Details: Resolution No. 12-18-12-10 is included in your packet and attached to it is proposed pay rate schedule for 2013 as discussed at the December work session. All of the increases have been provided for in the draft 2013 budget. Fiscal Impact: The proposed increases have an impact of approximately$5,626.92 in the categories of wages, FICA, Medicare, and PERA. As mentioned in the budget presentation, overall Personal Services expenses are still projected to be less in 2013 than in 2012 due to staffing changes.
