NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 3, 2018
beginning at 5:20 p.m. CDT to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its April 3, 2018 regular meeting:
Variance for Construction of a Driveway within a Wetland Setback
Location: Property west of Manning Trail, approximately 1,100 feet north of 220th Street
Property Identification Number 07.032.20.31.0003
Applicant: Jon Olson on behalf of property owners Gerald and Judith Olson
(on site approximately 5:30 p.m.)
• Variance to Construct a Garage closer to the right-of-way than the primary structure
Location: 22331 Peabody Trail North

(on site approximately 6:15 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 2091h St.
N.) at 5:20 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
