At the December 19, 2017 Scandia City Council meeting, the city council determined that the two (2) informal speed studies performed by Washington County Deputy Sheriff Yetter were insufficient for establishing baseline speeds. It was suggested at that meeting that Deputy Yetter could use a speed box from the county in the spring to gather more data on drivers' natural speeds. Therefore, the residents of Tii Gavo, request that a speed box from Washington County be installed in our neighborhood this spring to gather more data on drivers' natural speeds, once the snow finally melts. Thank you for your consideration of our request to make our neighborhood safe for our children and all pedestrians. Nancy Stalland for Tii Gavo Homeowner Association 19356 Meadowridge Trail N.
