Questions  Examples of experience for structural eng, and for mechan and electrical eng.  More on storm shelter example and who did the engineering-same firms?  Need mechan & elect eng in add to structural?  Need examples of exper and how relate to project  Well really only $2,000?  Need examples of civil eng for well  Need structural engineer and added cost?  Need clear well examples  Need 5 meetings? Recommendation: Miller Hanson has the most direct experience with storm shelters building two recently, of which was for an HRA. The engineering capacity and experience for the water well is comparable to the other proposals. Need to identify exampl es for the water well engineering and if the structural engineer was a part of the previous storm shelter experience. I worked with Kent Simon who did this proposal on the Raymie Johnson TH exterior rehab and he did a very good job. Assuming these prove to be satisfactory, I recommend Miller Hanson.
