Recommendation: Miller Hanson has the most direct experience with storm shelters building two recently, of which was for an
HRA. The engineering capacity and experience for the water well is comparable to the other proposals. Need to identify exampl es for
the water well engineering and if the structural engineer was a part of the previous storm shelter experience. I worked with Kent
Simon who did this proposal on the Raymie Johnson TH exterior rehab and he did a very good job. Assuming these prove to be
satisfactory, I recommend Miller Hanson.
