Deadline/Timeline: Terms on some committees expire February 1, 2012; others have existing vacancies. She has applied for reappointment. There are no other applications on file. • The Park and Recreation Committee, which currently has 5 members and 2 vacancies, has no members with terms expiring. No applications are on file. • Current appointments to the Capital Improvements Committee continue through February 1, 2013. However, 2 of the citizen members failed to attend any meetings in 2011. No applications are on file. Recommendation: I recommend that the Council discuss the status of Committee appointments.
