NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 1, 2018
beginning at 6:25 p.m. CDT to visit the site and gather information concerning the following
request that will come before the Commission at its May 1, 2018 regular meeting:
• Amendment to an Existing Conditional Use Permit for Am -Tec Designs
Location: 21080 Ozark Court North
Applicant: Connie Sutton
(on site approximately 6:30 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 2091h St.
N.) at 6:25 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
