***Permit was issued to 21090 Olinda Trail for the renovation of office building and residence
in Village Center. The building had been issued a CUP that covered the use of the building.

Planning:
• Variance for building setback to Bone Lake. Coming to Planning Commission in

� Meeting with Tii Gavo developer to develop a timeline for completion of the project.
Exclusive of landscaping requirements, a deadline was established to have all of the
construction phases completed and accepted by the City Engineer by September 30,
2010;
• Design standards were incorporated into the two commercial buildings being
renovated at 21084 and 21090 Olinda Trail. Although no formal process is in place,
both buildings were reviewed by the Architect sitting on the Architectural Design
committee.
Zoning issues:
• Attended Development Code committee meetings.
Building/Capital Maintenance:
o MPCA permit expiration/reissuance of 201 collector system for the Bliss
Addition near Big Marine Lake. 5 year cycle on the permit which expired late
2009 and should be reissued early 2010. 2 monitoring wells are no longer
required so they will need to be abandoned per the MPCA.
Daily Activities:
� Building inspections;
� Zoning inspections;
• Review of permits for the excavation into the ROW by Utility companies.
• Resident interaction including phone calls, emails and in person regarding zoning,
planning and building issues;
• Continuing education to maintain certifications for Wetland Conservation Act,
Building Official, Water Operator and other licenses that may be required;
• Emergency Management courses (on line) as well as classroom training.
