A special meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date, in the Board Room of the
Scandia Community Senior Center. Mayor Dennis Seefeldt called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
The following were present: Council members Pete Crum, Dolores Peterson, and Mayor Dennis
Seefeldt. Staff present: City Assessor Frank Langer, Appraiser Curtis Piepenburg and Administrator
Anne Hurlburt. The purpose of the meeting was to conduct the annual Board of Appeal and
Equalization for 2010, for t�es payable 2011.
The Council heard information presented by ten property owners concerning eleven parcels.
Dolores Peterson, Seconded by Pete Crum, moved to approve the Assessor's recommendation as
follows:

The motion passed.
Pete Crum, seconded by Dolores Peterson, moved to approve the maintenance changes as
recommended by the City Assessor and as listed on the attachment to these minutes. The motion
passed.
The Council determined that a continuation meeting would not be required. The meeting scheduled
for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20 will be cancelled.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
