Hello, we may be out of town this evening, so this email is to voice strong disagreement to the BMX
park being placed in this quiet, private, residential, rural neighborhood here which everyone has
chosen and paid for based on those factors.
Following second on the heel of that infraction upon property owners is concern that it forces re -
adaptation or relocation upon the many species of wildlife that have made this neighborhood their
habitat. Currently they graze freely in the fields and all of our yards. We do not want the natural
wildlife compromised by taking away a large footprint area of their feeding and hunting grounds,
nor by bringing in a level of activity and noise that may also threaten their accustomed patterns.
We do not want a frequent flow of non - residents seeking a place to sport and hang out in our
quiet, natural residential area.
The elevated risk of injury to unsupervised minors in a semi secluded neighborhood feels like an
irresponsible decision for their safety. We also have concerns about littering, and the lack of daily
cleanup, and the unsightly presence of porta-potties. Everything about bringing a public
entertainment park into a quiet residential neighborhood compromises and contradicts the privacy,
seclusion, and natural and wildlife aspects that we chose and have the right to preserve for
ourselves and nature.
Thank you for hearing our decision.
