Include this as one of four designated nature / santuary

The outlot was deeded to the Township as a park area.
The Township received a state deed to the property in 2004
stating that the property would be used for public use. The
property was conveyed to the Township free of charge on
the condition that the property would revert to the State of
Minnesota if the property was not put to public use or if
that use was stopped.
Include this as one of four designated nature / sanctuary
parks
The 2004 development agreement required the developer
to pay park dedication fees and to dedicate to the public
the park shown in the plat; however, the developer did not
dedicate the property to the City. The developer and
homeowner association did not pay the property taxes on
this parcel and the land was conveyed to the City by the
State free of charge with the notation that the City
demonstrated that it was entitled to the property before
the forfeiture.
Lions have interest for funding, current interest is pavillion
and benches.
