Goals of the meeting:
1. Understand the project that the City wants to build. Discussion on what they would like to
construct if the grant hadn’t guided the direction of the preliminary design.
2. Review maintenance and safety concerns of the desired project.
3. Determine whether the desired project meets the intent of the cost share program project that
was identified in the Watershed’s Capital Improvement Plan.
4. Understand how many parking spaces and locations of parking is desired.
5. Provide direction whether staff should investigate a variance request.
Background information & discussion purposes - Truck & Boat Trailer Typical Dimensions:
Chevrolet Silverado Truck w/o mirrors – 80 inches or 6.67 ft
Boat Trailer wheelbase – 102 inches or 8.5 ft
Fire Trucks – typical wheelbase width – 100 inches or 8.33 ft
