April 6, 2009
A special meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date, in the Board Room of
the Scandia Community Senior Center. Mayor Dennis Seefeldt called the meeting to order at 5:00
p.m. The following were present: Council members Pete Crum, Dolores Peterson, and Mayor
Dennis Seefeldt. Staff present: City Assessor Frank Langer and Administrator Anne Hurlburt. The
purpose of the meeting was to conduct the annual Board of Appeal and Equalization for 2009, for
taxes payable 2010.

Dolores Peterson, seconded by Pete Crum, moved to continue the Board of Appeal and
Equalization meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Apri121. The motion passed.
