April 21, 2009
A special meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date, in the Heritage Room of
the Scandia Community Senior Center. Mayor Dennis Seefeldt called the meeting to order at 6:00
p.m. The following were present: Council members Pete Crum, Dolores Peterson, Connie Amos
and Mayor Dennis Seefeldt. Staff present: City Assessor Frank Langer and Administrator Anne
Hurlburt. The purpose of the meeting was to continue the meeting of the annual Board of Appeal
and Equalization for 2009, taxes payable 2010, opened on April 6, 2009.
The Council heard information presented by the following property owners:
Pete Crum, seconded by Dolores Peterson, moved to approve the maintenance changes as
recommended by the City Assessor and as listed on the attachment to these minutes. The motion
passed, all members voting aye.
