Planning: • The mining inspection program is being carried out however the mining is very slow due to the economy. The barn will be coming down this fall; there is a question about the design of the rain gardens and CMSCWD will be advising on that; and the tree plantation has not been cleared out to the level that was agreed upon. Zoning issues: • An after the fact grading permit will be applied for in the Shoreland District for installing culvert in a natural drainageway.
