PW Staff report - Parks:
➢ Monthly safety checks done on playgrounds
➢ Tennis Courts - reconstruction complete — restoration and painting in
process — trenched root zone outside the courts
➢ Mowing — Ballfields 3 times, City Hall 3 times
➢ Lilleskogen - Rain garden — volunteers leveling woodchips and re -
mulching
➢ Monument — Weeded and mowed / weed whipped — 4 times
➢ Hay Lake — Mowed 4 times
➢ Boundaries for Lilleskogen — set — no substantial improvement on the
room to work with for adding fill
➢ Ballfields — dragged each day there is scheduled play
➢ Lighted Field — Volunteers - weeded sign area again, painted
bleachers and shed, Weeded and sprayed playground with salt water
to help kill weeds, worked on exposing weed guards under the fences
➢ Equipment maintenance
➢ Draft for benches amended
➢ Quote for Hay Lake fountain obtained
