REVISED:
August 14, 2014: Added well on northerly adjoining lot and added suspected well on
client's parcel. An approximately 18 inch diameter structure with a 1/2 inch copper
line was located under slumped soils and water (not visible due to turbid water and
mud) inside the previous foundation footprint, in an area where Laurie Waterman
suspected her existing well to be. Removed note stating "No well observed on the
property."
REVISED: August 21, 2014, Added porch and square footage.
REVISED: August 25, 2014, Added proposed well and septic tank.
