02_07_2006_TBMinutesFebruary 7, 2006 New Scandia Town Board was called to order by Chairman Dennis Seefeldt. The following Board Members were in attendance: Chairman Dennis Seefeldt, Vice Chairman Michael Hinz, Blair Joselyn and Nancy Madden. Absent Michael Harnetty. SCANDIA CRE RY-LIOUOR, WINE, CLUB OR 3.2 LICENSE Blair Joselyn made a motion to approve the Liquor, Wine, Club or 3.2 License for the new owners of Scandia Creamery Tony and Stacy Moran. Michael Hinz seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. Stacy Moran also requested Liquor, Wine, Club or 3.2 License for Sunday Liquor as often the rental person's request serving liquor at Birthdays or Anniversaries. Michael Hinz made a motion to approve the sale of Sunday Liquor for Liquor, Wine, Club or 3.2 License for the new owners of Scandia Creamery Tony and Stacy Moran subject being notified on the condition of a Referendum or a Bill passed by the Legislation. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. APPOINTMENT OF ANNUAL TOWNSHIP ELECTION JUDGES Blair Joselyn made a motion to appoint the following Elections Judges and alternates for the March 14, 2006 Annual Township Election. Beverly Pratt, Sue Tuomi, Donna Larson, Patti Funni, Barb Maile, Ann Hoheisel, Judy Rydeen, Avalon Okerson, Nancy Hermes and Mary Hulleman. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. PARK AND RECREATION-BLAIR JOSELYN Blair Joselyn made a motion to approve the resignation of Julie White from the Park and Recreation Committee and appoint the first alternate Karen Shick from the interviewing list of November 22, 2005. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. CLEANING SERVICES AND RENTAL FEES FOR COMMUNITY CENTER Nancy Madden made a motion to approve the increase in cleaning services in the amount of $40.00 and increase of $40.00 for hall rental for weddings.
