The question and answer session resolved many concerns the Board and New Scandia residents had. Washington County does not assign residents to a group home; the guardian of each resident applies to the home. The intentions of CLO is to house no more than four developmentally disabled adult females in the home on Oland Avenue. As CLO is a corporate service, a maximum of four residents can be licensed for each home. Two to three staff are on duty during the day. At least one staff member remains awake on duty overnight. CLQ maintains three to four group domes in one community area for efficiency reasons. The directors of CLO have offered to meet with the residents of Oland Avenue to discuss further issues. Nancy Madden made a motion to adjourn. Brenda Eklund New Scandia Township Deputy Clerk
