Planning Comnussion recommends to the Town Board to grant the Boundary Adjustment to remove 9.83 acres from Mr. Erickson's 81.75 acre parcel and add it to Mr. Lushanko's 5.16 acre parcel as presented on the survey and waive the public hearing requirement. Conditions are the 9.83 acre parcel must be combined under one tax identification number with the 5.16 acre parcel. Also, the newly created 14.99 -acre parcel can not be further subdivided under current zoning codes. Findings are this does not create a new residential lot and it reduces the density of Mr. Erickson's 71 acre remaining parcel. Blair Joselyn made a motion to approve the recommendation for Edward Erickson regarding the Boundary Adjustment. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. Plamling Commission recommends to the Town Board that they request the Township Planner to review the Metropolitan council "System Statement" dated September 12, 2005, which inculdes population, household, and employment forecasts and how regional system plans for transportation, water resources management and regional parks will specifically impact the Township, and that the plamler prepare a draft response to the Metropolitan Council for consideration of the Board of Supervisors.
