The regular monthly meeting of the Planning Commission was held
January 3, 1989 and all Town Board Members were present.
The Clerk read the notices of the following hearings: Dr. Harvey
Frank for a pole building, Jeffery House for a Minor Sub -Division
and a amendment to zoning ordiance, interior lot line 25 ft. to
10 ft. and rear yard setback 50 ft. to 30 ft. as defined in
Section 602.02. Renewal of Conditional Use Permits for Richard
Tetzlaff, Becky Brooks, William Isch and Don Gerlach.
Dr. Harvev Frank
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to grant appli-
cation to Dr. Harvey Frank, 22260 Peabody Trail, Scandia, Mn.
Wz of SW4j Section 12, Tw`sp'. 32, Range 20 to construct a pole
building closer to the road then the.house. Pratt made a motion
to accept, Hawkinson seconded and adopted.
Jeffrev House
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to grant the
Minor Sub -Division to Jeffrey House, 12595 Lakamaga Trail North,
Marine, Mn. Parts of SE, of NW,, NE, of SW4 and NW4 of SE4,
Section 28, Twsp. 32, Range 20. To divide 11.9 acre parcel out
of a 63.3 acre parcel as shown per drawing dated January 3, 1989.
Contingent that a driveway for Parcel A be built on Parcel A
if any of the two parcels are sold. Ostlund made a motion to
accept with the following addition to placed on the deed. If
this residual property is"sold the easement across the property
will terminate. Pratt seconded and adopted.
Amendment to Zoning Ordiance Section 602.02
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to adopt the
proposed amendment to the zoning ordiance. Interior lot line
25 ft. to 10 ft. and rear yard setback 50 ft. to 30 ft. on any
existing residential lot as defined in Section 602.02 of one
acre or less in size.Nordin made a motion to accept. Hawkinson
seconded and adopted.
Richard Tetzlaff Attorneys Office
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board^'to renew
Conditional Use Permit for Richard Tetzlaff, 23550 Melaine
Trail, Scandia, Mn. for a Attorneys Office at 2109'0 Olinda
Trail. Hawkinson made a motion to accept, Pratt seconded
adopted.

Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to renew
the Conditional Use Permit for Becky Brooks, 21060 Penrose
Ave. Scandia, Mn. for Hair Artisty. Ostlund made a motion
to accept, Pratt seconded and adopted.
Richard Tetzlaff Bank Antiks
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to renew
a Conditional Use Permit for Richard Tetzlaff, 23550 Melaine
Trail, Scandia, Mn. for Bank Antiks, Olinda Trail. Pratt
made a motion to accept, Hawkinson seconded and adopted.
William Isch
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to renew
a Conditional Use Permit for William Isch, 23620 Melaine
Trail, Scandia, Mn. for a Consulting Firm. Nordin made a
motion to accept, Ostlund seconded and adopted.
Don Gerlach
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to renew
the Conditional Use Permit for Don Gerlach, 18880 Oakgreen Ave.
Marine, Mn. for House Rental. Hawkinson made a motion to
accept, Pratt seconded and adopted.
Rockin R Ridge
Ostlund made a motion to accept and sign the Development
Agreement for Rockin R Ridge with the addition on page 2 first
paragraph. On or before issuance of first building permit
Lot 8, 9, 10 Block 1 of Rockin R Ridge. Hawkinson seconded
and adpoted.

The following are corrections to the minutes of the Planning
Commission meeting made at the Town Board meeting January 17, 1989.
Jeffrey House
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to grant the
Minor Subdivision to Jeffrey house, 12595 Lakamaga Trail North,
Marine, Mn. Parts of SE-, of NW,, NE, of SW- of SE 4, Section 28,
Twsp. 32, Range 20. To divide 63.3 acre parcel into a residential
homesite. Parcel "A11 containing 11.9 acres and the redidual
parcel containing 51.4 acres as shown on the certificate of
survey by Landmark Surveying dated January 3, 1989. The residual
parcel contains the driveway easement for Parcel "A". Ostlund
made a motion to accept with the following addition to be
placed on the deed. If either of the parcels are sold, the
driveway easement across the residual property will terminate
and a driveway for Parcel "A" will be built on Parcel "A". Pratt
seconded and adopted.
Rockin R Ridae
Ostlund made a motion to accept and sign the Development
Agreement for Rockin R Ridge with the following revision:
The last sentence in paragraph one of the agreement shall
read. "The Township and the Developers shall cooperate in
-- road construction required under the terms of this agreement
on or before issuance of first building permit on Lots 8,9, and
10 Block 1 of Rockin R Ridge. Hawkinson seconded and adopted.
