New Scandia Town Board viewed the Will Eginton property on
the above date and found that the tank Mr. Eginton stated
he had removed was still in place. Nordin made a motion
Mr. Eginton remove the tank by October 16, 1990 and the pipe
be cut back to the trap rock on his driveway. Mr. Eginton
is to call when the tank is being taken out so a representative
from the town board can be there to inspect the site. Motion
seconded by Pratt and adopted.
Nickelson made a motion to set Monday October 22, 1990
7:30 p.m. to discuss long range planning for township
roads. Nordin seconded and adopted.
