On the above date New Scandia Planning Commission held their
monthly meeting. Present were: Jackson, Pratt, Nickelson,
Nordin and Thompson.
Richard Tetzlaff Conditional Use Permit
Planning Commission recommends to grant the Conditional Use
Permit to Richard Tetzlaff, 23550 Melanie Trail, Scandia,
Mn. Lot 1 Block 1, Scandia Addition. The address for
this building is 21090 Olinda Trail. The permit is to rent
the lower level of the building. The permit shall be renewed
next December 1, 1c�2. Thompson made a motion to accept.
Nordin seconded and adopted.
Section 703.69 Accessory Building Closer To The Road Then
The House
Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board that the
Zoning Section 703.69 not be changed. Thompson made a motion
to accept. The motion failed for a second. Nordin made a
motion to table this matter and discuss this subject November
19, 1991 town board meeting. Pratt seconded and adopted.
Roger Larson Deed Stamp
Nordin made a motion to stamp the deed for Richard Bjorkman,
Bethel College to Roger Larson. That Part of W, of SW-1,
Section 10, Township 32, Range 20. Thompson seconded and
adopted.
Bud Hopkins to Richard Barry Deed Stam
Pratt made a motion to stamp deed for Bud Hopkins to Richard
Barry. Part of SW-4 of NW4 Section 6, Township 32, Range 19
West. The $200.00 park fee shall be collected before the
deed is stamped. Nickelson seconded and adopted.
Wallace Pratt Deed Stamp
Nordin made a motion to stamp deed for Douglas Pratt to Wallace.
Part of Govt. Lot 2, Section 29, Range 20. Thompson seconded
the motion. Nordin, Nickelson, Thompson and Jackson voted
yes. Pratt abstained. Motion adopted.
Pay Equity
Pay Equity for compliance with the State of Minnesota was
reviewed. The clerk was directed to contact May Township and
the City of Marine for their reports on pay equity.
Nickelson made a motion to adjourn. Pratt seconded and adopted.
