Correction on Jean Womack Transmission Repair
The Conditional Use Permit shall be renewed in two years for Jean
Womack Transmission Repair.
December 17, 1991
The regular Town Board meeting was called to order by Russell Jackson,
Chairman. Present were: Beverly Pratt, Charles Nordin, Duane Thompson,
Kevin Nickelson and Russell Jackson.
Pratt made a motion to accept clerks minutes for November 19,1991 and
December 3, 1991 with changes. Nickelson seconded and adopted.
Thompson made a motion to approve the treasurers report as presentated..
Nickelson seconded and adopted.
Fire Relief
Nickelson made a motion to witheld the Fire Relief matching funds until
July, 1992. Thompson seconded and adopted.
Beer License for Firemens Ball
Nordin made a motion to sign the Beer License for the Firemens Ball,
February 29, 1992. Thompson seconded and adopted.
Township Engineer
Mr. Mark Kasma informed the board to approve payment for Dressel
Contracting for the Oakhill Project.
Township Attorney (Pay Equity)
Thompson made a motion to Post Notice to the Enployees and to approve
the report for Pay Equity which has been prepared by David Hebert
and authorize to remove the Part Time Police Officer and replace the
wording with Police Officer, Pratt seconded and adopted.
Equipment Certificates For Fire and Road Maintenance Equipment
Nickelson made a motion to pass the Resoultion For Issuance For
Indebtness in the amount of $82,500.00. For Fire and Road Maintenance
Equipment and to accept the bid of Security State Bank to purchase
at 5 and 3/4%. Thompson seconded and adopted.
Park Advisory Board
The following members of the Park Advisory Board were present: Colleen
Nora and Erich Bogel. The members have requested another member as
often all the members are not present at the meetings. Pratt made
motion to appoint Shirley Sova to the Parks Advisory Board. Nordin
seconded and adopted.

The board is_ reviewing the possiblity of a Hockey Rink in the
area. The board also would like to go on record that the board
is opposed to the sale of the 40 acres on St. Croix Trail (95)_for
the best interest of the people.
P&N Products
Mrs. Nora stated the P&N Products would like to move their offices
and packaging in the former Post Office building. Mr. Nora should
be present at the Planning Commission meeting January 7, 1992 and
apply for a Conditional Use Permit. Nickelson made a motion to
extend P&N Products useage for the Tetzlaff Building for 2 months.
Thompson seconded. Nordin amended the motion to 3 months. Pratt
seconded and adopted.
Ordinance Number 37 Pertaining to Placement of Accessory Bldgs
Thompson made a motion to sign Ordinance 37 Pertaining to Placement
of Accessory Buildings on Residential Lots. Nickelson seconded and
adopted.
Ordinance Number 38 Payment for Engineering Fees For Gravel Pits
Pratt made a motion to sign Ordinance Number 38 Requiring the Payment
of Engineering Fees Incurred by the Town Board for Gravel Pits.
Thompson seconded and adopted.
Letter to DNR Relating to Roadways in Plats on Big Marine Lake
Pratt made a motion to send a letter to the DNR stating the Township
never intended to construct roads on the streets in plats on
Big Marine Lake and the platted roads could be utilized as
recreational trails for citizens. Thompson seconded and adopted.
Thompson made a motion to pay bills for November. Nickelson
seconded and adopted.
Pratt made a motion to adjourn. Nickelson seconded and adopted.
