A variance for road frontage 300 feet to 112 feet for property in Shady Oaks Plat. Subject to dedication of road easement for a T turn around to township specifications. With the stipulation Outlot A be combined on the deed. Nickelson made a motion to accept with the addition this is a large tract of land and this will only be a building site off of 239th Street Court. Nordin seconded and adopted. Variance granted from the following findings; The garage color must be similar to the house. It is not practical to build on the existing lot across from the house, because that lot may have to be used for a back up septic system. On the south side of the property is 15 acres of non buildable land, so there will be no buildings on the property. If the garage would be built closer to the lake that would require a lake setback.
