01-04-94 tb, pcJanuary 4, 1994 On the above date New Scandia Planning Commission held their regular monthly meeting. The following Board Members were present: Charles Nordin, Russell Jackson, Kevin Nickelson, Duane Thompson and Paul Rasmussen. Todd Crabtree Planning Commission recommends to the Town Board to grant the Minor Subdivision to Todd Crabtree, 21550 Pomroy Avenue, Scandia, MN 55073. SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 32, Range 20 West, with the following conditions: 1) Dedicate 60 feet for road purposes for Parcel A and retain turn around for access as is presently being used by neighbor to the South. 2) Soil testing be completed. 3) The necessary easement be required to make the turn around legal to township standards at Mr Crabtree's expense. y ; Paul Rasmussen made a motion to accept the Planning Commission recommendation. Duane Thompson seconded the motion. Mr. Nickelson made the following amendment to the motion. Mr. Crabtree must submit a plan for future development for Parcel B. Russell Jackson seconded the amendment and adopted. The motion passed and adopted with the amendment. This Subdivision was approved with the following findings. One resident is serviced by the cul-du-sac in Bost Acres now. This is a unique situation. Meeting adjourned Dolores Peterson New Scandia Township Clerk
