A special meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date for the purpose of
interviewing applicants for City Attorney. Mayor Randall Simonson called the meeting to order at
7:30 p.m. The following were present: Council members Connie Amos, Sally Swanson, Chris Ness,
and Jim Schneider, and Mayor Randall Simonson. Staff: Administrator Kristina Handt.
Nick Vivian, Andy Pratt and Jennifer Nodes of Eckberg Lammers were interviewed regarding the
firm’s proposal to provide civil representation.
Bridget McCauley Nason and Kori Land, of Levander, Gillen & Miller were interviewed regarding
the firm’s proposal to provide civil representation.
Motion to adjourn by Ness, seconded by Amos. Motion carried.
