12-04-01 tbDecember 4, 2001 New Scandia Town Board regular meeting was called to order by Chairman, Dennis Seefeldt. The following Board Members were also present: Vice Chairman, Paul Rasmussen, Michael Hinz, Nancy Madden and John Martineau. Mowing of 201 Project Sites p.joT ro John Martineau made a motion te-not renew the contract with Washington County for the mowing of the drainfield for Anderson Erickson and Bliss and New Scandia Township shall be responsible for the mowing of the sites beginning in 2002. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. Forest Lake Facilities and Resources Task Force Nancy Madden made a motion that Mr. James Malmquist continue to represent New Scandia Township on the Forest Lake Facilities and Resources Task Force and report back to the Township quarterly. Michael Hinz seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously. Citv of Marine Request For Snowplowin The City of Marine have problems with their snowplow and questioned if New Scandia Township could possible plow for the City of Marine if needed. The township staff shall inform the City of Marine that we have problems with our truck, but they will consider to plow after New Scandia Township roads are plowed. DrainaLye Easement/Molly Rice Paul Rasmussen made a motion to authorize an appraisal of Ms. Molly Rice property on Norrell Avenue for a drainage easement. David Hebert and Chairman, Dennis Seefeldt shall meet with Ms. Molly Rice to discuss this issue. Nancy Madden seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously.
