New Scandia Town Board meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Michael Hinz. The
following Town Board Members were in attendance: Vice Chairman Michael Hinz, Blair
Joselyn, Nancy Madden and Michael Harnetty. Chairman Dennis Seefeldt was absent.
WYLDEWOOD ACRES/SEPTIC CONNECTIONS
Nancy Madden made a motion that the Septic Connections in the Plat of Wy1dewood Acres
shall be inspected by Pete Genzel Washington County Department of Land Management.
Blair Joselyn seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously.
TABLED ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR THE 2004 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Nancy Madden made a motion not to change the assessment for Chad Solheid, 1167 North
Shore Trail, Forest Lake, AIN. This property is located on 230th Street. Michael Harnetty
seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion to change the assessment for James Dreher, 23497
Meadowbrook Avenue to two parcels at $2310.00 per parcel. Blair Joselyn seconded the
motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion not to change the assessment for James Malmquist, 14670
Scandia Trail. This property has frontage on 213`h Street. Blair Joselyn seconded the
motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion not to change the assessment for Brian Maverick, 14700
Scandia Trail. This property has frontage on 213th Street. Michael Harnetty seconded the
motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion to change the assessment for Gerald Olson, 11360 232nd
Street to one half of an assessment $1155.00. This property is located on Meadowbrook
Avenue but the driveway is on 235h Street. Michael Harnetty seconded the motion and
motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion to change the assessment for Jeff Carpenter, 10010 North
Shore Trail, Forest Lake MN to one half of an assessment $1155.00. This property is
located on Meadowbrook Avenue but the driveway is on 235th Street. Blair Joselyn
seconded the motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion not to change the assessment for Richard Quigley, 14291
Oakhill Road. This property is on Novak Avenue North. Blair Joselyn seconded the motion
and motion adopted unanimously.
Nancy Madden made a motion to change the assessment for Ann Caliguire 23023
Meadowbrook Avenue North to one parcel at $2310.00. Michael Harnetty seconded the
motion and motion adopted unanimously.

motion and motion adopted unanimously.
Blair Joselyn made a motion to adopt Resolution Number 11-01-04-01 Adopting the
Assessment Role for the 2004 Road Improvement Project.
NUISANCE ORDINANCE
Ms. Duffy had sent a letter to the Town Board requesting New Scandia Township to adopt May
Township's Article 506 -Nuisance Ordinance. The Town Board was informed that Deputy Reedy
had visited the person in violation informing the person of New Scandia Township Noise
Ordinance and Nuisance Ordinance in the New Scandia Development Code. It was the consensus
of the Town Board and Attorney that this issue would require further study.
EMPLOYEE SALARY REVIEW MEETING
Michael Hinz, Blair Joselyn and David Hebert will hold a meeting on November 15, 2004 at 8:00
a.m. to review salaries for Township Employees for the year of 2005.
