Re: Pay Changes
Background:
Resolution 07-18-17-06 established the compensation for members of the Scandia Fire and Rescue
Department as follows:
Probationary = $10.33 / Hour
Non-Probationary Firefighter = $11.33 / Hour
Emergency Medical Technician = +$1.00 / Hour
Firefighter II = +$1.00 / Hour
Officer = +$1.00 / Hour
We have 6 members that have completed their probationary time.
Issue:
Should the city increase pay rate for Jesse Bizzotto 6/1/17, Jim Cook 11/1/17, Shaun Holtgreve 11/1/17,
Jeremy Johnson 11/1/17, Adriane Krager 6/1/17 & Patrick McHugh 11/1/17?
Proposal Details:
Increase wages as follows.
Jesse Bizzotto increase from $10.33 to $12.33. Has passed 1 year status and is certified EMT.
Jim Cook increase from $10.33 to 11.33. Has passed 1 year status.
Shaun Holtgreve from $10.33 to $12.33. Has passed 1 year status and is certified EMT.
Jeremy Johnson from $10.33 to $12.33. Has passed 1 year status and is certified EMT.
Adrian Krager increase from $10.33 to $12.33. Has passed 1 year status and is certified EMT.
Patrick McHugh increase from $10.33 to 11.33. Has passed 1 year status

Consistent with approved budget
