Since 2013 the City has been contracting on an annual basis with WCD to provide technical services
related to the administration of the Wetland Conservation Act for a number of years. From 2013 – 2016
the scope of work was much more extensive due to the monitoring of the Tiller / Zavoral mine.
The proposed 2019 agreement mirrors the 2018 agreement with the rate charged remaining at $81 /
hour.
The Washington Conservation District Board has approved the agreement.
Issue:
Should the City approve the 2019 contract with WCD for Wetland Conservation Act technical assistance

deposits for various projects.
