Re: City -Owned parcels
Background: In the discussion at the July meeting regarding the County's request to acquire Outlot
A of Big Lake Estates, the minutes reflect that the Committee be provided an inventory of parcels
owned by the City. I've attached the information that is in our fixed asset records. Note that many
of these parcels are parts of road right-of-way that have been deeded to the City as a requirement
for a conditional use permit or variance.
The location and information on the parcels can be obtained on the Washington County property
viewer http://maps.co.washington.mn.us/PropertvViewer/ or on the City's GIS application which
can be viewed using the meeting laptop.
