'� The MPCA has adopted a new rule regarding septic systems and it is referenced by Rule
7080, 7081, 7082 and 7083. The County has until February 4, 2010 to adopt their ordinance and
the City has 12 months after that. Washington County feels they will have a new ordinance
adopted by June of 2008.

1. Met with operators and received additional information from the applicants and
requirements from the Watershed Districts. Reviewed the information and found
in incomplete due to the Watershed Districts requirements.
2. Set up a meeting between the mining operators and the Watershed Districts.

� No snowmobile signs were placed in conspicuous areas in the Village Center. If
anyone feels additional signs a.re needed please contact me. These signs will be taken
down each spring and put back up the following winter.
