• Rinks flooded, opened, closed — re -opened — prep for Vinterfest
• WIP main sign at the entrance updated to reflect the actual trails
• Walks have had snow removal 2 times
• WIP — STS done with what they can do during the winter at WIP
• Path re -aligned to T -Ball field
• Rink ad is up
• Other Vinterfest tasks completed — Coordination with Cory, Lions,
Ben — Zamboni-man
• Additional research on the ramps — Quotes had not come in as of
1-24-19
• Applied for Scott's turf Ballfield grant
